Hello!
My name is Caitlin Smith, and I'm a Graphic Designer and Digital Illustrator based in Tucson, Arizona. I've always loved the problem-solving nature of graphic design and how it helps people better digest information. There's so much potential to make our everyday lives easier and enhance people's unique stories!
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and minors in Interactive Design and Psychology from Grand View University. Since then I've gained 2 years of professional digital and print design experience working for agencies and freelancing.
At Dotdash Meredith, I designed static and animated digital media for best-selling brands like Southern Living, Allrecipes, and other popular magazines. Recently, I designed and illustrated a 36-page children's book for my friend's special surrogacy baby, complete with cute customized characters and personal family references!
My digital skillset includes motion graphics, social media, paid media, interactive design, brand design, and digital illustration.
